Keeping Your Login Secure

Your 55ase account holds your PKR balance, your personal details and your gaming history. Keeping your login credentials secure is genuinely important — not just a box to tick. Here is what you should be doing to protect your account.

Start with your password. If you're currently using something simple — your name, your date of birth, a common sequence — change it to something stronger. A decent password mixes upper and lower case letters, includes a number and has at least one special character. More importantly, it should be unique to 55ase and not reused from any other account you have. If a different site you use ever has a data breach, your 55ase login is protected because it's a completely different password.

Be careful about where you log in. On a personal device you own and control — phone or laptop — the risk is low. On a shared device, a friend's phone or a public computer, the risk is much higher. If you do log in on a shared device, make sure you actively log out afterwards and don't let the browser save your credentials. A session you don't close properly on someone else's device is a significant account security risk.
