Terms and Conditions — 55ase Platform

To register and use the 55ase platform, you must meet the following conditions at all times while your account is active.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf — corporate or institutional accounts are not supported.
• You must not be listed under any self-exclusion programme or have a 55ase account that was previously closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of 55ase complies with any applicable laws in your jurisdiction. 55ase makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific location.

When you register a 55ase account, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. You agree to update this information promptly if anything changes. 55ase reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time.

Each individual may hold only one active 55ase account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses or device combinations — is a breach of these Terms. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, 55ase may close all accounts and review any balances or winnings associated with them.

55ase may suspend or close an account that shows signs of suspicious activity, identity mismatch, or where the account appears to be operated by a person other than the registered holder.

55ase accepts deposits in PKR via several payment methods available to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and cards. The available methods are displayed within your account at the time of deposit. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are shown at the point of transaction.

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 55ase does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own charges — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposited funds are held in your 55ase account balance and are available to use across all platform sections immediately upon confirmation.
• 55ase reserves the right to return a deposit to its original source if there are concerns about the source of funds or if the deposit cannot be verified as coming from an account held in the player's name.

You may request withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the following conditions. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the payment method registered on your account.

• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank account or card) that is registered in the same name as your 55ase account.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the withdrawal section of your account dashboard.
• Where a deposit bonus was applied to your account, you may be required to meet the associated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted on the bonus-linked funds.
• 55ase processes withdrawal requests promptly. Actual arrival times depend on the payment method selected and the policies of your payment provider.
• 55ase reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing larger withdrawals. This may include requesting documentation to confirm identity and source of funds.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 55ase, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, Esports and any other market available on the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to check your bet details before confirming placement.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply to that bet. Late changes to published odds do not affect already-placed bets, except where a bet was placed after an event has started under live betting rules.
• In the event of match abandonment, postponement or significant changes to conditions (such as a venue change that alters the nature of a cricket match), 55ase reserves the right to void affected markets or settle them according to industry-standard rules.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to technical errors or data feed failures may be voided by 55ase at its discretion. Obvious pricing errors will not be honoured.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per account. These are shown within the betting interface and may vary based on account history and market type.
• Live in-play betting markets operate in real time. 55ase may suspend markets at any point during a live event. Bets placed before a suspension are settled; bets placed after suspension may be voided.

The 55ase gaming library includes live casino, fish games, slots and bingo. All games operate on certified random number generation or use live-streamed dealer content from verified providers.

• Game outcomes are determined by the game engine at the point of resolution and cannot be altered after the fact by any party, including 55ase.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-session, the game state will typically be preserved and the session can be resumed. If a session cannot be recovered, the outcome at the point of disconnection will apply where a result had already been determined.
• Fish game jackpots and slot jackpots are triggered according to the individual game rules. Jackpot wins are paid to your PKR account balance upon confirmation.
• Bingo games operate on fixed prize structures per room type. Where multiple players win the same prize tier simultaneously, the prize is split equally among the winners.
• 55ase is not responsible for losses arising from your strategic decisions within any game. Game strategy is entirely your own.

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus is a breach of these Terms.
• 55ase reserves the right to withdraw or modify a bonus offer at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account and in the process of being wagered will not be removed mid-wagering, except in cases of suspected fraud.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your balance. Withdrawals while a bonus is active will typically forfeit the remaining bonus balance — this is stated clearly on each promotion.
• If bonus funds were obtained fraudulently, through abuse of multiple accounts or by exploiting obvious errors, 55ase reserves the right to remove those funds and close the associated account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 55ase platform and may result in immediate account suspension, closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering or using more than one account, whether in your own name or under false identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any non-human method to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or pricing errors for systematic financial gain.
• Collusion with other players in casino games, bingo or fish games to manipulate outcomes.
• Arbitrage betting or matched betting strategies designed to systematically abuse promotional offers.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification.
• Attempting to launder funds through the 55ase platform.

You may close your 55ase account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to identity verification and applicable minimum amounts. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

55ase reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud or money laundering.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months or more without any login activity).

Where an account is closed by 55ase due to a Terms breach, any remaining bonus balance will be voided. Real-money balance may be held pending investigation in cases of suspected fraud.

55ase provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and reliable services, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be accessible at all times or free from technical issues.

• 55ase is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end or third-party service failures outside our control.
• 55ase is not liable for loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any single incident or set of incidents is limited to the value of your current account balance at the time of the relevant event.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter that cannot be limited under applicable law.

55ase may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to the platform, new features or evolving best practices. When significant changes are made, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.

Your continued use of the 55ase platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
